Hi!!. I'm Mahdi Moghadasi, Senior data scientist with 10+ years of experience in IT in different domains such as Airline, Banking, Media and Retail.

I'm particularly interested in using deep learning algorithms over NLP problems e.g. question & answering models, semantic search, search engine design, machine comprehension.

I successfully completed my Ph.D in computer under supervision of Professor Yu Zhuang science with focus on NLP and introduced Sent2Vec as a new embedding representation to include sentiment of a sentence in a vector representation format. Before that, I received my M.Sc in computer science from Texas Tech University in Lubbock,TX where I was working on new solutions for Partially Observable Markov Decision Process problems under supervision of Professor Larry Pyeatt.
